The law establishes the criminal responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery and handling of stolen goods. It offers to its employees, customers and public in general the following channels to file complaints regarding any irregular situation related to the criminal offenses mentioned above, in order to contribute to their investigation, maintaining anonymity and under strict confidentiality.
